Japanese Sake Brewery Tour / Otokoyama Sake Brewery Museum

Along with the 350-year history of the sake “Otokoyama”, this museum conveys sake brewing culture, one of the traditional Japanese industries. Takasago Sake Brewery has been brewing local sake in Asahikawa for over a century since its predecessor, the Ogurayama Sake Brewery. The dry spicy sake “Kokushi Musou” was born in 1975, and its name spread throughout the country.
