Support Services

• Subsidy system to support international conferences, domestic conferences, and conventions.
• The maximum amount of subsidy is 550,000 yen within 50% of the total organizing cost
  (Conditions apply such participation from outside Hokkaido, a number of 100 participants or more, accommodation in the city etc.)

• Foreign language tourist information materials and pamphlets.
• Installation and rental of materials such as POP and banners to welcome participants.
• Provision of convention sets (including pamphlets, special products).
